From Wednesday January 14th, we open a continuous Expressive Dance practice every Wednesday at Krønsj. This is an ongoing, liberating dance space — open to both new and returning participants.
Each class is an invitation to drop out of the mind and into the body, through movement, breath, music, presence, curiosity, and play. We explore sensation, emotion, impulse, stillness, connection, and expression — allowing the dance to become a living dialogue with what’s alive inside you.
This is not about performing or dancing “correctly.”
It’s about listening, experimenting, and letting your unique movement language grow organically — from subtle to wild, from soft to powerful.
You can expect a blend of:
– guided somatic explorations
– free movement & intuitive dance
– moments of playfulness and lightness
– space for depth, feeling, and release
– optional relational & contact-based elements
– music as a supportive and expressive force
– a practice that supports physical freedom, mobility, and ease in the body

NEW: EXPRESSIVE BREATH (18:30–19:30)
To gently prepare the body and nervous system for dance, we now offer a one-hour breathwork session before Expressive Dance.
Expressive Breath is a 50-minute guided journey through breath, movement, and sound.
We move through three guided rounds of connected breathing, accompanied by live drumming and music.
The session is designed to release tension, awaken life force, and support grounding and presence before entering the dance.
Breath and dance beautifully support and amplify one another, creating a deeper and more integrated journey through body, breath, and expression.
You are welcome to join either session — or both.
