Expressive Breath
A Journey to Your Higher Self
Breathwork is a direct and powerful pathway into the body — a way of meeting the nervous system, emotions, and life force from the inside out.
Through conscious, connected breathing, we access the body’s innate intelligence and its capacity to regulate and release.
My breathwork offerings are guided journeys through breath, movement, sound and presence. They are designed to support grounding, nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a deeper, more honest connection with the body.
Through guided rounds of connected breathing, often accompanied by live drumming and music, the body’s natural life force begins to awaken and circulate. As the breath deepens, holding patterns and stored tension may soften, making space for sensation, clarity and embodied presence.
The way I hold breathwork is deeply trauma-informed, relational and attuned. You may experience waves of sensation, tingling, emotional release, deep calm, spontaneous movement, or moments of insight — all natural expressions of the body’s intelligence as it resets and rebalances.
This work is deeply personal to me. Through breathwork and somatic movement, I learned to meet and support my own nervous system, including working with ADHD. This lived experience informs how I guide others: with humility, presence, and respect for each person’s process.
I offer breathwork in both group settings and private sessions, often weaving it together with somatic release and bodywork for deeper integration. Each journey closes with time for grounding and integration, allowing what has shifted to settle into the body and daily life.
No previous experience is needed — only curiosity, presence, and a willingness to be guided by your own breath.
